Shipping costs are added over and above the value of the goods and depending on the type of company VAT will also be charged as per the rules and regulations by the EU law.
Your order will be delivered by FED EX. Delivery time may vary depending on your delivery address. You will receive a confirmation of the shipment when your package leaves our warehouse, including your Track & Trace code. This will be sent by automatic email to the email address you provided during your purchase. All our shipments are insured during transport. Make sure you are available to accept your delivery at the time of delivery. SNEHDIAM does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen orders after delivery. If your order has been returned to the shipper due to unavailability, SNEHDIAM reserves the right to charge the customer for the second attempt.
If you have not received a Track & Trace code, please also check your spam / junk inbox. If you do not know your Track & Trace code or if the status of your delivery has not changed in several days on the courier's website, please feel free to contact us to investigate the matter for you. In case of a problem, SNEHDIAM will contact the courier to resolve it as soon as possible.
Each delivery is country-specific and delivery to another country is not possible.
Deliveries can only be delivered to business addresses. For your safety, the delivery and billing address information cannot be changed after placing an order.
If your delivery address is outside of the EU, please note that your order may be under customs. SNEHDIAM does not take responsibility for the additional costs or reimburse any taxes and duties that may be imposed on your package.
